Our client is a leading company in the defence industry which supplies integrated system solutions to the UK MOD and defence forces. They are looking to recruit 3 Senior Programme Managers to direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. The Senior Programme Manager will: + Be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
